Bio
Mr. Alexander has been a community volunteer for the last 48 years. In 1983 he began attending Mott Community College Board of Trustee meeting because of the insistence of his good friend Mrs. Lenore Croudy…Board Chair for many years. In addition he served on the community nomination committee for Mott Presidents in 1992, 2000 and 2014.
Mr. Alexander is the owner of Anthony F. Alexander and Associates…an independent insurance agency for the last 42 years. He Is Chairman of the Foundation for Mott Community College, Past President of the Bruin Club, Treasurer of the Bruin Club of Genesee County, Chairman of the City Wide celebration to commemorate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., President of the Greater Flint African American Sports Hall of Fame. And the recipient of the Donald Riegle Community Service Award In 2010.
