Bio
Ron Meeker's family has lived in Flint since 1956, when his father became an instructor at Flint Junior College. Ron is a graduate of Flint Southwestern High School, Mott Community college and Western Michigan University. Ron's family has been associated with MCC in one way or another for over 68 years. His Dad taught at MCC for 28 years, and Ron met his wife Mary of 58 years while they were both student assistants at MCC. Mary retired after working at MCC for 35 years. Both of their children attended MCC and transferred to UM-Flint to complete their degrees.
Ron has been a volunteer in the Athletic Department for many years and has been a member of the Bruin Club for 20 years.
