Mott captures MCCAA Championship

PLYMOUTH, Ind. - The Mott Community College men's golf team took the 2026 MCCAA Championship on Monday at the Swan Lake GR in Plymouth, Ind. 

The Bears edged Grand Rapids Community College by four strokes in the weather abbreviated one-round event. Mott shot a +26 to claim the title for the first time since 2018. The championship is the 12th in program history. 

Three Bears earned MCCA All-Conference honors, including Dylan Holbrook, Landen Watson, and Jack Briggs.

• Landen Watson, T4th, 77

• Jack Briggs, 9th, 78

• Braeden Hoover, T23rd, 82

• Logan Holbrook, T23rd, 82
